    Very good place to stay close to the West End. Very pleasant street with good facilities and the room was very clean and comfortable. Booking via Agoda was challenging and hotel had not received my booking confirmation but they looked after me and found me a good room

    My stay was in an extremely small room, a big challenge moving in and out of shower, and using the bathroom sink. Very pleasant and welcoming staff

    Staff was late to be there on check in over 30 minutes even though I had asked before hand if check in was 2pm or 3pm, they said 2pm so I came back at that time. The cleaner who was the only one around at 2pm said they would be there in 10 minutes, I waited 15 and then on the 25th minute I asked again where they were because he lied to me not stating the truth of how long it would really be. 5 more minutes passed and the person at reception finally arrived. Obviously I shared how this was unacceptable and got a fake apology considering the person was not friendly to ensure things were going to be handled well after that point. I asked firmly if the room was ready and he started telling me about my feelings and how he just needed another second, well he had 30 minutes. I had enough and gave up at that point so I simply waited because I wanted to get into my room after a long trip, the correct answer to a customer asking if your room is ready or not is a simple YES or NO especially after being late 30 minutes to check you in. The room was hot and the fan barely worked to keep you cool because it was a dyson fan which are horrible, had to open up the window throughout the night. Toilet is outside of the room you have to go to and use a key lock as well. When I first got into the room there was about 5 flies in there that I had to get out through the window. The only good things I can say was the room was overall clean and location was convenient. Taking big luggage down the stairs is difficult and at some points even dangerous. I rarely post reviews but this one needed to be done and I would not recommend it at all even with the location since even checking out there was no one there AGAIN so I had to go find the person in one of the rooms they were in. Was told to wait in a rude manner as well.

    Very friendly staff! Rooms are nice and clean, I loved the dimmable lighting via remote control. Also very central location in London. Neighbourhood is beautiful and safe! Fast access to Metro
