The location of the facility was great. Staff was polite and customer friendly. Felt like the price we paid and what we received was a slight issue as lights did not work nor some of the amenities. The room could have been a little cleaner as we found jewelry nose rings that wasn’t ours on the sink. Plus, we have to wait to get our deposit back and no check out receipt was issued. But overall we enjoyed our stay and relaxed. So the purpose was served. Enjoy your stay.

I recently stayed at Champagne Lodge and had a mixed experience. The location is definitely a highlight, it’s in a really nice area and feels comfortable and safe. I did enjoy my time overall, but there were a couple of downsides. The prices are a bit on the expensive side for what you get, and the staff could be more welcoming and friendly. It wasn’t a bad stay, but with better service and more reasonable pricing, it could be a much better experience.
