    Lovely room no 8. Very clean , light and airie . Only gripe, bathroom mirror light and shower extractor didint work. Television didnt work either, but I mended that for you, no charge.

    needs some TLC spending. Food is not great but the stafff are.

    3 couples stayed 24-27 Dec. Room was large and the bathroom was a good size with a bath tub, comfortable and warm. The hotel is tired needs updating scruffy carpets and furniture, the room had a problem with mould, the bathroom needed a deep clean the shower head was mouldy, sink drained very slowly the toilet didn’t flush properly. The staff were helpful and were happy for us to use the seating areas to drink our own wine and snacks. We had a complaint after dining there but the staff sorted it quickly and efficiently. Good location, 10 minutes maximum walk to the train station.
