    I stayed for two days and paid ₹9,110, but the experience did not match what is expected from a 3-star property. Basic amenities were missing — the room had no electric kettle, no hand towels, and no bottled water (only self-service jugs to fill water). There was no working TV connection, and the room telephone didn’t function, making it difficult to contact staff. Despite multiple requests for an extra blanket and an electric kettle, both were not entertained. The hotel also charges ₹500 extra for a room heater, which should ideally be included in a hill-station stay at this price point. The breakfast was below average, and I was even charged ₹40 for a glass of hot milk. Curd and hot milk were not included in the breakfast, which felt unreasonable given the tariff. Overall, the property does not justify its price or 3-star rating. It felt more like a newly run budget stay rather than a proper 3-star hotel. Agoda should review how it lists and brands this property, as the current description is misleading for guests.
