Issues Faced in Apartment 2201:
• Leaking Washroom Commode: For two consecutive days, the maintenance staff attempted repairs at different times, disrupting our plans significantly. Despite their efforts, the issue persisted throughout our stay.
• Kitchen Dependency: We were forced to use the kitchen in apartment 2301 (despite its own challenges, detailed below) as the facilities were inadequate.
Issues Faced in Apartment 2301:
• Unclean Kitchen: The kitchen was in an unhygienic condition upon arrival, making it unfit for use.
• Broken Kitchen Door: The door to the kitchen was loose and malfunctioning, which added to our discomfort.
• Missing Toiletry Items: Basic toiletry items were not provided, which is a standard expectation during a stay.
Common Issues in Both Apartments:
• No Garbage Bags or Essentials: Neither apartment was stocked with garbage bags or other basic items, impacting the convenience of our stay.
We raised these issues with the reception staff multiple times during our stay. However, due to unavailability, we were not offered alternative apartments. Although the staff was courteous, the resolution provided was inadequate.
