The room was ok, altough cleanliness could have been slighlty better. We were awaken in the night by a terrible noise due to the evacuation of the kitchen fumes being attached to our window and nothing was done to fix it when we asked the reception (nor nothing was offered to repair de bad night). The restaurant had terrible service. I told I had a severe gluten allergy and was served a dish of pasta by mistake. Thankfully I did no eat it.. the replacement dish was covered in soja sauce which also contains gluten.. no awareness of the kitchen and the server on what allergies mean.. and this is supposed to be a "health oriented" place ? No gluten free options offered as breakfast as well, no allergy book available.. and above all, no apologies for the mistake... we had to battle to avoid paying for the dish I could not eat... very disappointing. The SPA is ok.
