I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my recent booking experience, which was highly disappointing and unacceptable. Firstly, there appears to have been a case of double booking. The property was already full due to offline bookings, yet my online reservation was still confirmed. This reflects a serious lack of coordination and oversight. Secondly, upon arrival, there was no staff available at the reception. We had to wait for more than 30 minutes and even seek help from locals to find someone to assist us. This clearly indicates poor management and lack of basic customer service. Thirdly, the rooms provided were not the same as the ones that were originally booked. This mismatch is misleading and unacceptable. Additionally, there was no parking space available at the property, despite being informed otherwise during booking. We were forced to park our vehicle on the roadside, which was both inconvenient and unsafe. Furthermore, the food service was extremely poor. The quality of food was below standard, and it was served very late despite repeated reminders. Overall, this experience reflects misleading information, poor service, and lack of proper management. I am seriously disappointed. I request you to kindly look into this matter and provide appropriate compensation for: • Not providing the booked rooms • Poor service and management • Incorrect information regarding parking • Substandard and delayed food service I also urge you to take necessary steps to ensure such incidents do not occur with other customers in the future. I look forward to your prompt response.
