Another wonderful stay at the hotel. Manager Ishwor and his staff made sure my stay was very comfortable. An excellent deep tissue massage by Kajol Pariyar rejuvenated me. Anuja at the bar served me a couple of cocktails expertly made. Manoj and his Food & Beverage staff were very nice as well. The Manager Ishwor is very much polite, friendly and keen to help out. Overall another great stay.

After my Muktinath trip I stayed for another night at this beautiful property. After the long drive, the comfortable bed was indeed a beautiful feeling. Exceptional front office, management and F&B staff. I got a deep tissue massage at the spa at this hotel. Samjhana gave me an excellent massage which rejuvenated me after my long drive back from Muktinath. Highly recommend this hotel and spa.

Very comfortable and excellent stay at this beautiful property. Amisha, Renu and Pooja at the front desk were exceptional. The Manager Ishwor Kadel has an excellent customer service attitude, ever polite and helpful. He organized a vehicle for my Sarangkot sunrise visit as well as Muktinath. When enroute to Muktinath he called the driver a couple of times from the hotel to make sure everything is fine. This attention to detail and keeping an eye out for customer needs and service is what makes Ishwor exceptional. Overall a very smooth and enjoyable experience at the hotel. Highly recommended.
