    I stayed at many hotels in Nepal during my trip, and unfortunately this was by far the worst experience — not because of the facilities, but because of the atmosphere created by the staff. Almost no one smiled or greeted guests properly during my entire stay. Even at checkout, there was no “thank you” or any sense of hospitality. The overall mood felt strangely tense and uncomfortable. Some staff members looked extremely intimidated and exhausted, and breakfast every morning felt awkward rather than welcoming. The only genuinely warm person I encountered during my stay was the DOORMAN. I took out only 2 stars because at least he was kind. Nepal is usually known for kind and warm hospitality, so this experience stood out in a very negative way. The management should seriously invest in proper staff training, because guest interaction matters more than they may realize. I usually return to places where I feel warmly treated by people, but unfortunately I do not think I would choose this hotel again.

    My daughter and I enjoyed a very nice stay at this hotel. The staff were mostly very professional and helpful and the room itself was clean, well organised and provided a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. Of the hotels I have stayed in Pokhara, this is certainly the best.
