Kitchen and bar team was very helpful and friendly but the reception team was terrible. One stayed in phone call for 10 mins while we were checking-in and exhausted. The other one offered to check us out early claiming that tomorrow morning will be very crowded (only 2 people were in reception while we were checking-out). We accepted the early check-out and then the receptionist tried to encourage us to leave our luggages to the reception by the night?? After we declined this ridiculous offer, we asked for an extra soap since we were out of it and she did not gave us a single soap by telling that our shower gel is still present in the room??? We were able to have a single solid soap after we were out of the shower gel thanks to the housekeeper’s understanding. Good location and clean rooms but you should be prepared for the disrespectful crew at the reservation desk
