    I’m writing a full review about the behaviour of the manager who she claims to be the owner. She cancelled my stay and kicked me out after staying for one night. She accused me of trespassing and she was threatening to call the police for trespassing. This is the most ignorant thing I have ever experienced. I booked and paid for my stay how could this be a trespassing and stayed there before. I asked her for a refund of the 4 nights that were still on my booking she said that she will refund me through ***. I told her I booked through Agoda , she assured that Agoda is part of ***. I’m waiting for my refund and hope that the behaviour of such uniformed, unprofessional , rude and threatening behaviour will be dealt with??

    The Lady manager is terrible, she needs to improve with her communication Toilet is not clean not enough towels or toilet papers. You ask for something you never have it You put the sign for room to be cleaned, they don’t do it Neither friendly nor accommodating. There’s something wrong with this place especially the manager (owner)

    The owner of this hotel is very abrupt and rude , she isn’t helpful at all especially when you ask her for anything, I had to deal with her when going to the bar or restaurant for food dinner time. She needs to improve her communication skills, some of her staff are very pleasant like emily which I found her very helpful, the owner who she’s the manager is the problem!! I have to stay there because it’s the least expensive in the area
