This place is similar to two other properties I’ve stayed at. I'm pretty certain these are "love motels," but honestly, they’ve provided some of my best experiences. I always base my reviews on the price and what you can realistically expect for that budget in the area.
I paid less than $*** USD for a Sunday night. The gentleman at the front desk was friendly, and check-in was quick. The lobby featured a popcorn machine with free popcorn, a coffee maker, and a microwave. Strangely, by the next morning, the table, coffee machine, and microwave had completely vanished.
The room was clean but smelled slightly of smoke. My booking didn't specify non-smoking, but the Agoda listing indicated smoking is only allowed in designated areas—which apparently includes the rooms. The bathroom was quite spacious and featured a full-size hot tub (a rare find in Korea), though I couldn't figure out how to get the jets to work. It also had a rainforest shower head next to the tub. The water pressure, volume, and temperature were excellent.
The AC didn't work, but since I didn't have time to ask the front desk about it, I can't comment on how their customer service handles room switches. I was only there during a rather cool night, so it wasn't a major issue. I also didn't end up sleeping, so I can't comment on the comfort of the bed. The room came equipped with a TV, a computer, a refrigerator (none of which I used), and I believe a hot water kettle. The sink and toilet were separate from the shower area, which is great because your feet don't get wet just because you need to use the restroom or wash your hands.
Check-out was just as simple as check-in. Mia Station is about a ten-minute walk south, and the bus stop is even closer. There is a GS25 right outside and plenty of dining options in the area.
For the $*** I paid, it was well worth it. Assuming the AC actually works, I’d say this place is easily worth $*** a night.

Overall average hotel. Reserved a non smoking room, but the smoke smell in the room was very bad.
