The pool is small but good for a dip to cool down, The sky bar roof top, has good food, local music entertainers nightly, and a nice oasis in a busy congested city, location of only 10-15 mins to airport is excellent

There was a very foul smell coming from the toilet, as if something had rotted. Even after requesting an air freshener, the odor remained strong , making the room uncomfortable to use. In fact, every time we needed to use the toilet, we had to continuously spray the air freshener just to tolerate the smell. We reported this issue to the reception, and while we appreciate that an engineer was offered to check the problem, the timing was not practical. As we were about to go out, we requested for the engineer to attend to the issue after our return. However, we were informed that the engineer’s working hours end at around 5:00–5:30 PM, meaning the issue could not be addressed during a time convenient for us. The receptionist did offer a room change, but unfortunately, this was not a suitable solution for us. We were returning late at night and had already unpacked our luggage, making it highly inconvenient to move rooms. As returning guests who have stayed at your hotel more than 10 times, this experience is extremely disappointing. While we continue to choose your hotel mainly due to its convenient location near the airport, this incident has significantly impacted our comfort and overall impression. Additionally, aside from the location, there are limited aspects that stand out.
