    Location and room were nice. Complete with tv, fridge and microwave oven. Bathroom was spacious. Bed sheets had small stains and holes. Got a little itchy. Key card didn’t work well on the second day. Very near palace of fine arts and golden gate bridge

    I am disabled . with a walker told me but he should not rent a room to me because he thought I would follow over. I told him I was a warrior princess that I don't fall so he rented me the room and the lady was smiling it was cleaning the windows it's a good value for the room it is basic great restaurants great location I would recommend it

    Great staff - very kind for late check-in. They let you park there on checkout day till 2pm. Only gripe was keycard didn't always work on somewhat flimsy door. Towels and sheets were good.

    It is run down. elevator barely works,burn marks on the comforter, shower is pathetic. I had to plug in the TV for it to work. The only good thing was the AC. And the room wasn't ready at the time of check in
