    near airport, near train station. not all staff are friendly, but the dayshift guy is very kind and helpful. clean and price is right. however no email to contact.

    Lovely Hotel. Close to the Airport and hassle free shuttle to the Airport. Very nice staff front desk and maintenance. The property is very well kept.

    The service at this hotel is extremely disappointing. The Lost & Found department, in particular ***, needs serious improvement—or a complete change of staff. We accidentally left our belongings behind, and we realized it within 1–2 hours after checking out. We immediately called the staff, and she told us we needed to pay for UPS pickup, so we did. We scheduled a pickup window from 11:30 AM to 2:30 PM, which is already quite a long period, and we emailed the shipping label to the staff right after paying UPS. But then she disappeared. I tried contacting her several times—called her 4–5 times—but there was no answer at all, as if she had vanished. At one point, I called another department and was told she had already left. I finally received a message at 2:35 PM—far too late—considering I had first emailed her at 10:59 AM. She told me I had to reschedule the pickup (which costs another $9) and claimed she couldn’t drop off the package, blaming me for not sending the label, even though I clearly did. Now the issue is still unresolved, and she shows no willingness to fix the problem she caused. Absolutely terrible service.
