This was a very disappointing experience. It was a very hot weekend and the air conditioner wasn't working properly. And we had a water bug in the room. This should NOT be listed at the level they have it on. NEVER AGAIN!!

I had book a a couple of days ..The next day check out I was wake up at 7:20 am , I even had a don't disturb posted on the door ! All the front desk had to do was call me ..Stid of sending somebody knocking ,waking me up ! A lot of hotes l wake you to early now !
