    Do not use this third-party vendor. The room selected and purchased from the Agoda website was a king size bed with a pullout couch queen (we needed to sleep 4). Upon check in, we found we had a queen bed with a couch that did not pull out and zero floorspace to sleep on (which we were willing to do at this point). The hotel did not respect the deal given by Agoda, claimed they didn't have any rooms meeting our requirements to begin with, nor had any additional availability either. This was a nightmare scenario as we travelled from Texas to see our son graduate Army bootcamp. We had to leave the room empty without compensation to move to an entirely different hotel in a different part of Columbus, GA in order to find a room large enough to sleep 4, effectively wiping out any available money we had saved for this trip.
