The main issue with the superhero team was communication. They knew I would be arriving late, around 11 PM, and I even had my friend call several times to make sure I wouldn’t be stranded outside, since there is no reception after the evening. Despite this, I was still left stranded outside.
They had sent me a code, but it came from a different technical email and went to spam, and I was not properly informed about it. This situation could easily have been avoided if they had clearly notified me about the code, or if at least one staff member had remained at reception. Even if I had managed to enter through the main gate, I wouldn’t have been able to access my room without their assistance. So, I’m not sure what they were thinking.
I called multiple times, but no one answered. I eventually had to find another hotel at the last minute and pay extra. However, they showed no real concern about this the following day.
Additionally, my room lock had recurring issues due to the app-based key, which caused me to miss a few activities. Their responses to most problems were also unsatisfactory—they often asked for the proof instead of trying to solve the issue for us.
They really need to improve their communication and responsiveness. That said, the rooms were nice.
