Near Gotemba Outlets.
Staff were friendly.
No keycard, access via pin lock issued at check in.
Room came with a bunk bed, good for 3 pax.
Hotel has an onsen (rotate between men and women session) and self-serve laundry.
Breakfast buffet was simple but enough. Did not get to try the welcome drinks and noodle supper as we checked in late.
Free parking just behind the hotel, within its own grounds.
The pillow in the room is really good, and they also have a pillow selection at the check-in area (first come first serve)
Great stay and high recommended.

the location is good, walking distance to the bus station going to tokyo/shinjuku and the same station where you can ride free shuttle to gotemba premium outlets. there is also a walking distance 7-11 (2mins walk) and family mart (5mins walk). very convenient. the staff are good. there is a window with view of mt fuji though mt fuji didn't show up but we still enjoyed our stay. there is a free drinks and coffee at the ground floor. the room is clean and big. well ventilated. we will definitely book again on our next vacation to Gotemba

The location was incredibly convenient, and the facilities were well-maintained and clean, contributing to a comfortable stay. The staff were attentive and helpful, enhancing the overall experience. Considering the quality and service provided, the value for money was exceptional.

Need and tidy room, small but all is good for 2. Onsen available. Nice simple breakfast.
