The hotel looks much better in the photos than it does in reality. The pool area appears to use AI-generated photos, and there are no sun loungers around the pool. Overall, the pool area is quite disappointing compared with what is advertised. The lobby and entrance are nice and give a good first impression, but unfortunately, the rest of the hotel doesn’t quite live up to it. They also seem very keen to charge or fine guests for almost anything, which can make you feel a little uncomfortable during your stay. The Wi-Fi didn’t work properly, the air conditioning didn’t blow cold air, and the restaurant and breakfast service were not operational during our stay. The rooms are also not very well soundproofed, so you can hear pretty much everything happening through the walls. Overall, it’s an okay place to stay if you’re just looking for somewhere basic to sleep, but it is definitely advertised as being much nicer than it actually is.
