Staff were helpful (especially we didn't speak the language). They also allowed us to leave our luggage after check out so we were able to explore Astana more before our early morning flight
Stay was great and I felt well rested in the no window single room (so much better than a dormitory type)

24 hour fromt desk, which is plus, as airlines to astana mostly arrive at late night, staff warm and welcome, toilet super clean, and kitchen with all amenities, stay here, is center point, everything perfect

Place has good location, facilities designed comfortable for the guests. Only one thing makes guests not comfortable is their staffs, specially one cleaner who seems like not happy about her job. Bossy around guests, especially targeting young female guests. Blaming for sink blocks, unwashed dishes left by others. Her attitude is rude, really aggressive. It is not proper attitude for someone who works in hospitality services. Their staff really need proper training, behave at least matches its facilities design, and standard. Also better translate all Russian reminders in public space into English.
