Friendly staff, but room needs minor fixes. ​Pros: The staff here are amazing—super friendly, accommodating, and always eager to help out. Shoutout toSinh Tien LunhMuoi Ty. Keep Up the good work. ​Cons: Had a couple of issues with room facilities: the shower and toilet weren't draining properly, and the foot step in the bar handle in the dorm is a bit too small to be comfortable. ​Tip: Adding a small stool or seating option in the shower area would be a fantastic improvement for guest comfort.

If you're only staying for one night and are looking for a budget-friendly place, this hostel can be a reasonable option, mainly because of its excellent location. However, I wouldn't recommend it for a longer stay. As someone who carefully reads reviews before booking, I was honestly surprised by the number of reviews describing this hostel as "clean" because my experience was quite the opposite. While I can only speak for the room I stayed in, even the common areas, reception, and stairway leading to the rooms did not feel clean or well maintained. My biggest concern was cleanliness. I understand this is a budget hostel, and I'm not expecting five-star feels, but basic cleanliness and sanitation should be a priority. During my stay, I noticed mold around the AC, and the AC itself looks very dirty, mold marks on the bed curtains, and stains on the bedsheets. I was assigned the lower bunk, and the narrow space between the bed and the locker had accumulated dust, dirt, and small pieces of trash that clearly hadn't been cleaned for some time. Overall, the room felt dusty, poorly maintained, and unsanitary. I've attached photos because I want my review to accurately reflect my experience. As I anticipated this might be the case in a budget hostel, I brought disposable bed sheets, a pillowcase, and a blanket liner. So I suggest you add that to your packing list in case you will need one. On the positive side, the staff were genuinely kind and accommodating. I'd especially like to thank Tien, Tuy, and the manager I communicated with via WeChat. Despite the language barrier, they were always polite, responsive, and willing to help. A few other things to note: the shower rooms had very weak water pressure, and at night, Tuy appeared to be the only staff member managing the entire hostel. While he did his best, having just one person on duty made the property feel less secure, especially since many guests are solo travelers. If you stay here, be sure to lock your valuables and keep your room secure. Overall, I can recommend this hostel only for a short overnight stay because of its convenient location and friendly staff. However, significant improvements in cleanliness, sanitation, maintenance, and security would greatly improve the guest experience.
