Good stay . Location is bit interior not much attractions nearby . Such helpful front desk staff they helped us a lot when we lost our mobile phone. Comfortable stay bit small but cozy

We stayed in the Family Room for 4 nights and it was a good stay and affordable in terms of going around places.
Main Pros: Affordable stay, near many locations to see, good place to rest.
Cons: Old place, some issues in the bathroom, no extra pillows, no response in Agoda, Faccebook page, or email.
- Less than 30 minutes away from Da Nang International Airport
- Near around places to visit: Da Nang Cathedral, Lotte Mart, Dragon Bridge, Son Tra Market, Han Market. Means Grab is very cheap! (Don't try to walk if it's too hot).
- Many restaurants and local foods along the hotel street, and cafes and bars in the main street.
- The room is big for 4 people, no issues with the bed and the space. You can request for extra key cards to leave the AC on and keep the room cold.
- The hotel has a rooftop overlooking the area (can't see the dragon bridge) and a shared kitchen on the roof so you can make some food or heat up food.
- There's free water refill in the kitchen, the room comes with water bottles.
- The room's pillow is limited to the number of pax it can room, so a family room (max 4 pax) only has 4 pillows.
- The Family Room bathroom has issues: No enclosure between the shower and toilet area. There's a shower curtain added but it's short so water gets everywhere if you're not mindful.
- The hotel has an elevator so it's easy to bring luggage and stuff up (or if you're too tired to take the stairs
- The lobby is spacious but hot, so you can stay there.
- They're not responsive in any form of communication, so we got worried if we really booked the accommodation. And we wanted to inform the hotel that we'll arrive early and leave our stuff (they allow this, you just need to get there first).
Overall: Really recommend this place if you're on a budget but wants an accessible location, we never went above 50,000 vnd in our grabs around the area (aside from rush hours and really far ones.
Also walkable if the weather is nice.

The staff was very helpful, the service was also tiptop. I totally recommend this house! It was comfortable and not so loud, yet the location is very strategic.

There wasn’t much guest when I checked-in so I was glad to be assigned a room on the second floor. It was very easy to book a Grab ride from this location, making it convenient to get around.
I do hope the rooms are cleaned more thoroughly. I noticed spider webs on the ceiling, and the room I was assigned had what appeared to be either blood stains or rust marks on the wall. Regardless of what they were, they made the room feel less clean and less appealing.
