    The staff at reception were lovely. However, the person trying to fix my AC that wouldn't respond, disappeared after his second attempt. I had to pull the keycard to turn off the AC, which must have been stuck on about 16C! I didn't bother asking to change rooms, but I'm pretty sure the staff would have if I'd asked.

    Expensive but very old, outdate and dirty. Bed sheet, tower and even the toilet are so old ans dirty. It would just be 1 start standard. Disgusting. Don't stay there
