    This hotel is perfect if you looking gor a hot shower and a bed to sleep. A restaurant is located on the first floor also

    I had arrived extremely early prior to normal check in time. I was extremely exhausted, and the staff allowed me to sit in the lobby for several hours. This was exceptional.. showing kindness to strangers. I was allowed to check in a few hours earlier. than normal. Thank you from my heart to yours. 🫰❤️

    The hotel itself is convenient if you have an early flight or need to stay near the airport. However, overall, I found the hotel quite smelly. There is seafood in the lobby, and the smell spreads throughout the entire lobby. The cleanliness of the floors, elevators, and rooms also needs improvement. I was also disappointed with the afternoon staff member. While I was in the lobby with my luggage, I tried to speak with him, but he ignored me and went inside. When I called him again and asked one of my family members to speak to him in Korean, he responded. If he did not speak English, he could have simply told me that from the beginning instead of ignoring me. On the positive side, the staff working at night were very nice, friendly, and helpful.
