    I had a very bad check-in experience at this hotel near Hinjewadi. I booked through Agoda, but at reception they demanded an extra ₹500–₹800 to "confirm" the booking. They said the amount I paid on Agoda was too low and refused to give me a room unless I paid extra or spoke to Agoda myself or cancelled. Since I needed a room urgently, I paid ₹500. They showed me two rooms Delux and Std ( extra 800 and 500). Later that night, when I tried to switch on the AC, they told me the AC gas had run out and would only be refilled the next morning. So despite paying extra, I had no working AC. The hotel clearly has no proper communication or sync with Agoda. If they can't honour Agoda bookings, why list on the platform at all? Even when the Agoda representative spoke to the hotel staff over the phone, the staff said they could charge the customer whatever they wanted. The Agoda Team never called me or came forward to resolve it. This behaviour is unacceptable. This was my first bad experience with Agoda, as I've always received good recommendations before. My advice to anyone booking near Hinjewadi: call the hotel before you go and confirm your booking amount, and ask whether any extra payment is needed. I do not recommend this hotel, and Agoda should review this property's listing. Agoda is making false comitment with their customer. the second time faced this type of issue. ridiculous :( .

    Honestly, the property is nothing like it looks in the photos. It feels more like a lodge than a proper hotel. The location is good, but there are a lot of bars around the property, so it doesn’t feel very comfortable or safe for a family stay, especially at night. The reception staff were polite and helpful. We had accidentally booked a Standard Room, but they kindly upgraded us to a Deluxe Room without any extra charge, which I appreciate. However, the biggest disappointment is the mattress. It’s an old-style spring mattress and extremely uncomfortable. The springs can be felt while sleeping, and honestly, it’s difficult to imagine getting a good night’s sleep on it. Overall, the location and staff are good, but the property and especially the bedding need serious improvement. Based on our experience, I would not recommend it for a comfortable family stay.
