    We had a wonderful one-night stay at Hotel Lotus. The Deluxe Room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was very polite and made check-in quick and easy. Highly recommended for couples looking for a peaceful stay!

    We had a really pleasant stay here as a couple. The room was clean, well-maintained, and quiet, making for a restful experience. The staff was polite, accommodating, and quick to assist with check-in. Great value for money—would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area

    Pictures shown are a lie; there is no lift, and the rooms have broken doors. The bathrooms don't lock either. I had to attend an interview and wanted to leave my bag, but i couldn't lock the door at all. When i pointed this to the staff they said they can't do anything and i couldn't risk leaving my bag and laptop and i had to carry it to the office. The room i stayed was not cleaned at all. It had hair all over the place including on the bed. The pillow covers were so dirty, i should call them yellow covers. I landed early in the morning Pune and i had to use the washroom to ready for the interview, so i just used the washroom and checked out. I was planning to extend my stay, but I had to check out, and when I pointed this out to the staff, they acted like they didn't care.
