    I would like to bring this matter to the serious attention of the management of Spring Season Hotel regarding the service I received this morning, 12 September 2026. When I checked in, I had already requested a late check out as I needed additional time to attend an important meeting. However, when I requested the late check-out this morning, your staff informed me that it was not possible because the room had already been booked. I understand that late check-out is subject to availability. However, I was disappointed with the way the situation was handled. Your staff stated that the hotel was fully booked today yet when l checked Agoda, there were rooms showing as available. I have attached the Agoda availability as evidence for the management’s references More importantly, I found the staff’s attitude and response to be unprofessional. Instead of simply saying that they could not help, I would have expected the staff to provide reasonable alternatives, such as allowing me to conduct my meeting in the hotel lobby, arranging a vacant room or other suitable space for a short period or recommending another available facility within the hotel. Due to the lack of assistance, I was placed in a very inconvenient situation and was forced to make a last minute booking at another nearby accommodation in order to attend my important meeting. I would therefore appreciate a clear explanation from the hotel management regarding : 1. Why I was told that the hotel was fully booked when Agoda was still showing room availability 2. Why no reasonable alternative arrangement was offered for me to conduct my meeting 3. Whether this is standard way your stuff are instructed to handle guests’ reasonable requests I hope management will take this matter seriously and investigate the incident. I look forward to receive an explanation and appropriate response from the hotel management.
