Self check in & check out machine. Get your booking number and ID handy. Easy & fast.
Very clean room. Feeling fresh inside the room.
Clean bed sheets, pillows, towels and bathroom.
Provide body & hair shampoo, tooth paste and brush, coffee & creamer, and filtered water in glass bottle.
Have ironing facility (stand steamer and cold & hot water dispenser along corridor on every floor.
Walking distance to a local mall (The Store), pharmacies, scenic areas (Muar River, Jetty...)
Plenty of local, western and fast food to choose from within 200m.
Understand from the staff that the hotel began operation from Dec 2025. Very well maintain!
Value for money and strongly recommend to all!

One of the better hotels out there in Muar. Was from another hotel called ***, supposed to stay there for 4 nights there. After one night, decided to shift out and change to another hotel (It was extremely bad though it was a high reviewed hotel on google). Luckily Muari boutique was available and no regrets! Everything was good, pretty new, receptionist were helpful and friendly. However, I needed to check out very early on my last day, the self check out machine only refunded me 10RM instead of 50RM, the process for the dispute was extremely slow, this isn't the hotel receptionist fault, but the higher management's fault. It took me more than 2-3 weeks for a proper refund with no proper communication. Even the hotel staff or receptionist couldnt get any response for me as the
management was unresponsive.
All in all, good experience with the hotel itself, MANAGEMENT TEAM HAVE TO IMPROVE.

all automated; no option for housekeeping? no refill of shampoo/body shampoo/toilet paper, no tissue only toilet paper in room; only one access card, additional card will cost RM20.
