We visited Sponars Chalet at the beginning of the snow season, and it turned out to be a truly memorable experience. On our first day, we were very impressed by the service at the front desk. The staff member who assisted us was extremely friendly, patient, and professional. Everything was explained clearly and in great detail, which made the whole check-in experience smooth and easy to understand.
What stood out the most was the warm and polite tone of the staff. Their kindness created a very welcoming and comfortable atmosphere, making the chalet feel friendly and homely from the moment we arrived.
On the second day, the snow started falling heavily, and the front of the hotel became absolutely beautiful. It was the perfect spot for taking photos, and we could easily spend the whole day enjoying the scenery. The location is also very convenient, as it is close to the snow activities, making everything simple and stress-free.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay and were genuinely impressed by both the service and the atmosphere. If you are thinking about booking accommodation near the snow, don’t hesitate — Sponars Chalet is definitely a place worth staying at.

Nice vibe, convenient recharge points for my EV! Shower curtain could’ve done with a clean and food a bit hit n miss but it did the job so no complaint

The facility is in a very good location, but if the owner could do more renovations and improvements with the accommodation and food its would be more successful.
