All I gotta say is they had a fire in the other part of the hotel and was telling people they can go back in there was no fire but as a volunteer fireman I knew they had no idea what they were doing as there was still active fire in the walls they don't care about there guests they just want your money

Half of the water park was out of service , we were not made aware until check in and we paid already.. shampoo and soap were empty in shower ... both the front desk and house keeping phone # extensions rang busy for our entire stay . There were ants in the bathroom.... a quick get away turned into wasted money on a facility's shortcomings/ lack of attentiveness and concern for their guests .

Place is over priced and ran down.. site says spa hot tub bar restaurant.. nothing was open. Vending machines broke and arcade stole the kids money. Separate pool was locked had to have staff let you in and ceiling full of mold.. uneven pavement at one of the exit doors where both my boyfriend and daughter tripped then another little boy from some other family fell and skinned his knee.. staff shrugged it off.. do yourself a favor and make the drive to kalahari

You had to pay extra for the swimming pool 65.00EXTRA to use the waterpark but it was closed NO room service
NO breakfast even tho it said breakfast
The room was clean but we had to find someone for clean towels the next day
We will NOT be staying here again
