Half of the water park was out of service , we were not made aware until check in and we paid already.. shampoo and soap were empty in shower ... both the front desk and house keeping phone # extensions rang busy for our entire stay . There were ants in the bathroom.... a quick get away turned into wasted money on a facility's shortcomings/ lack of attentiveness and concern for their guests .

Place is over priced and ran down.. site says spa hot tub bar restaurant.. nothing was open. Vending machines broke and arcade stole the kids money. Separate pool was locked had to have staff let you in and ceiling full of mold.. uneven pavement at one of the exit doors where both my boyfriend and daughter tripped then another little boy from some other family fell and skinned his knee.. staff shrugged it off.. do yourself a favor and make the drive to kalahari

Wrist bands have given high. I used to bring my older children here over 1( years ago. Now after my youngest son for his birthday, rooms don’t include wristbands when they did before and to add extra it’s $40 depending on what time it is. After 4 take off $15 from that $40. Go after 4 better deal

It was okay I had booked the room double bed Queen I thought it came with the splash parks but they charged me an additional $60 per person and there was four of us. That was the only issue besides that it's in a good location it's good for family and kids I know my kids enjoyed it.
