Beautiful hotel with a very relaxing atmosphere. Attention to detail makes the hotel very special. The staff is amazing.

The villa was beautiful with an amazing view, which was honestly the main reason we stayed for 11 nights.
The food options were disappointing. Most restaurants were heavily focused on Thai cuisine, while international options were limited. Breakfast was also very limited unless you prefer local food.
Housekeeping and cleanliness were below expectations for a hotel at this level. The villa had dust in several areas, towels and bathrobes were very worn out, and I often had to request replacements. Pool towels were also not changed unless requested.
Another important point is that the resort has a lot of stairs, so if you have mobility issues, knee or back problems, or any medical condition, this is something to consider before booking.
On the positive side, the villa views were beautiful and the spa was excellent. Kat and Gift gave amazing massages. Honey, our GEM, and Sara were also very kind, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay.
Overall, a beautiful property with great views and some wonderful staff, but housekeeping, cleanliness, food variety, and general maintenance need improvement.
