Air conditioner is hot

When we arrived at the hotel after 6 hours driving from krabi to satun suddenly the staf at the counter said that we need to cancel our booking although we already paid for the room. Can you imagine that. We get mad and ask for the reasons why we cannot check in then the staf said the room have problems and they forgot to turn off the agoda for the booking but after 15 minutes arguing with the staf then suddenly we can check in. Otherwise if we listen to him than we need to find other hotel which are already fully booked at that time in satun. Not to mention when the time we arrived is already 10 pm. The staf also not provide any explaination why suddenly we can check in. The room that we book is ok for that night and we dont see any problem.. Hurmm.. Luckily for us we stick with our right if not my family will need to sleep in the car that night.
