    The place is absolutely spotless, with fantastic staff and a superb position. The room is lovely and the kitchen and common rooms are unbelievable. I have just found this place after years of coming to Bangkok but from now on this is my go to place and I can’t recommend it highly enough.

    The place is clean and tidy. Walking on the stairs all the way to the 4th floor is not good for people with disabilities. We tried and nicely asked the owner if we could get a refund because my husband has poor balance. The owner said no refund; he can sleep outside. I know it's a joke, but it's not a good joke.
