    Dear Agoda Customer Care Team, I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay. The property's interiors were shabby, the washrooms were poorly maintained, and the food quality was below average—the paneer was hard, the dal was overly salty, and the rotis were very thick. Additionally, despite reconfirming my booking, I had to wait 15 minutes for check-in after a 10-hour drive with two small children. I request Agoda to look into this matter and provide an appropriate resolution for this unsatisfactory experience.
