This is my first time visiting Phu Quoc. The experience at Sheraton was great. The breakfast spread was scrumptious. The free shuttle service also a plus point. The staff was friendly but it can be better if they can speak and understand better English. Cleanliness wise needs slight improvement. There're still dust & hairs after room service. Overall experience was great. Happy to be at Sheraton for 4 nights.
