The location of this hotel is absolutely convenient. It is surrounded by malls, fast food restaurants, and hospitals. The staff as well is very accommodating and considerate. The room that we’re staying in wasn’t perfect but it was worthy for its price. The aircon needs to be upgraded and sometimes we faced difficulty flushing the toilet bowl.
If you’re traveling with a tight budget or you’re just gonna stay for a night or two in the city, I would recommend this pension house/hotel.

Shamrock was an excellent hotel in Northern Cebu. Clean room, clean bed sheets and pillows, as well as hot water in the shower. Wifi was a little slow, especially when uploading video files, but it worked. I would stay here again for sure.

The bed sheets and pillows are clean, the shower has hot water, and there aren't any bugs in the room. There aren't many decent hotels in this area of Cebu for less than 1,000 pesos. This one is fair in all categories.

Good location but no tv. No complimentary water and the restroom was not repaired and maintained. Very friendly and helpful staff
