Nice hotel, good location.
No fridge in the room nor ice machine anywhere in the hotel. The parking lot under the building is weird and small. Half of the cars are double parked and you need a valet to move them around. I think there were only 8 or maybe 10 spots.

We loved staying right on the Malecon but the cruisers at night are loud so make sure you wear earplugs at night. If earplugs don’t work for you, this may not be the place for you.

This hotel was very nice and clean and well-maintained. The bedding (pillows, comforter, etc.) were hypoallergenic--a big plus for someone like me who's allergic to down. The front desk and housekeeping staff were all wonderful and professional. The hotel is conveniently located on a main street in La Paz. During the Carnaval Festival in February, you can enjoy the festival and watch the parade from the hotel lobby. My fellow travelers who stayed at the hotel said that their bathrooms did not have hot water, so I would advise checking on that as soon as you get into your room. I did not have that problem in mine.
