    I booked this hotel due to reading the reviews particularly one which stated the location was excellent. Unfortunately this is not the case. It’s miles from anywhere. I was fortunate to be able to use grab however; the hotel couldn’t get their WiFi to work so luckily I had a Thai sim. Anywise I would’ve been stranded. No restaurant. No tea, coffee, snacks or kettle in room. No net curtains so had to close my curtains and turn the lights on in broad daylight to have any privacy if I wanted to relax in my room. Smart tv not working (I guess due to no WiFi). No sawasdee, smile or any welcome from the reception staff when I checked in. This is ok for a one nighter but not for a holiday that’s for sure. Shower was good and bed comfortable. Breakfast was of a poor standard. Plenty of parking for those who arrive by car. I think if they train their staff with some basic customer service skills and provide a mini bar or at least a kettle with tea and coffee then this will be much more attractive. I won’t be coming again I’m afraid.

    Everything to far and I got food poisoning with the breakfast and next door neighbour dog barking at 3am so you get awake manager never apologise for me getting food poisoning or help with anything the reception girls very rude waste of money
