    We always enjoy staying at this hotel in surin. Great parking. Adequate breakfast. Spacious rooms. Always clean.

    Fantastic hotel very clean and the staff are excellent and helpful. The only minor glitch is the breakfast they lay it out buffet style and when you arrive to eat the fried eggs and sausage are cold. They don’t seem to have any way of keeping them hot/warm. That said I would definitely stay here again.

    The hotel is really not a hotel, it's a bed and bathroom in a warehouse. There's no wash cloths to shower with. There is no view, all you see is a wall of a warehouse. The pillows are 11 inches high which causes a crick in the neck. The bed mattress is the old spring type mattress, very uncomfortable. The room has a cold and concrete feeling. Oh, the breakfast is a joke, outright disgusting. A good cup of coffee and a croissant would be a big improvement and much desired than the old pineapple and white bread with sorry ass looking eggs. On the bed is a sign listing charges for anything you might damage or loose. I had to cut a small hand towel to make a wash cloth to shower because the owner is too inconsiderate to provide a wash cloth for showering. The front desk had the nerve to tell me I had to pay 100 baht because I cut the small hand towel so I could shower and wash my body. I told her NO WAY, the cheap ass owner can fuck himself with monkey pox. I WANT TO WARN EVERYONE CONSIDERING THIS FAKE HOTEL TO RUN AWAY FAST. There's way better hotels in Surin that want your business and want you to be comfortable and offer real hospitality for less money or a bit more money...Also, there no sign on the entrance door to the lobby, it took me 10 minutes walking a quarter mile to find the entrance... because the whole structure is a warehouse in which they place a bed and shower in a big cold ass room. Run away fast from Beelive!
