The hotel overall is quite compact, but it has most of the basic amenities you would need for a comfortable stay. Everything was very clean, and I appreciated that they provided complimentary bottled water daily.
However, I was quite surprised by the housekeeping service. Even when I put up the cleaning sign, they seemed to only take out the trash. The bed wasn’t made, and my bedding wasn’t changed during my entire four-night stay. I understand that some hotels don’t change the sheets daily for environmental reasons, but I would at least expect the bed to be made when the room is being serviced.
Another surprising thing was that the hotel didn’t have a single clothes iron or steamer available to borrow. For a hotel, this was honestly a little funny and inconvenient, especially for travelers who need to straighten their clothes after unpacking.
Overall, it’s a clean and practical hotel with the essentials, but the housekeeping service and lack of an iron or steamer are definitely areas that could be improved.

I've stayed in yeongdeungpo a few times and this one is pretty keen for a solo traveler since you're near a lot of convenience stores. downside is that you're far from the subway stations but near a few bus stations so it's fine

The biggest downside of this hotel is that the check in is at 9pm. It’s a 10-min walk from the station. Facilities were okay. Nothing to do nearby.
