One of my best stay in my kumano kodo journey. After a very tiring hike, this place is a heaven. It was a relaxing place, i was able to do laundry for free. The snacks was all for free. And you have to pre check in so that you wont have any problem during the check in process, it only took me 1 minute to check in

The accommodation is opposite the A-coop supermarket, with bakery and some food nearby. This is convenient especially if you need to replenish your snacks or water along your Kumado hike.
The room was awesome, though the space was quite tight with the sofa & coffee table doubling as the dining area. There was a projector which you can use to project anything you want from your mobile phone. Another plus was the roof top, which comes with our room! It was nice to chill on top. The weather was too cold for us, so we didn't spend too much time at the roof top.
Our room comes with our own washing machine, which we are grateful to wash our laundry. The bath was amazing too! It is modernized and comes with an automatic sensor to keep the water in the tub warm ALL THE TIME!
The only downside was that we didn't expect to cook our own dinner, after a day's hike. It was a shabu meal prepared for us, kept in the fridge. Breakfast was bread.

The bungalow is so cosy, and there's even a terrasse on the top of each. There was free complementary food and drinks, even an ice cream in the freezer, which was so appreciated after arriving late at night after the hike. Very clean inside + all the equipment you need. Great great place!

This place is stunning and a really clever design. They have all the amenities & have thought of everything except staff. This place is unmanned with no staff. On arrival I met other guests who said we need a PIn to enter. None of us had a pin and I'd never heard of needing a pin. There was no communication from Sen about any pin or any registration. Luckily one lady had a Japanese sim card and called the owner or staff and finally we got entrance. Very strange system. They obviously don't like people or contact with people. Such a shame if this place was managed correctly it could be amazing. Also paid 40,000 yen for 1 night. Pretty high for this low quality service.
