1. The hygiene standard of the public toilet is totally unacceptable, stinky smell all around the toilet.
2. We stayed 2 nights in the hotel, no complimentary water is provided.
3. As it is an Onsen hotel, we need more towels for bathing, but during the entire two days, no clean towels changed at all.
4. In my experience, during the evening meal time, our tatami bedings will be set up by the staff. This time we needed to do it by ourselves.
5. No chairs or stools provided in the room, we needed to sit on the floor. It's not good for the elderlies.
