We booked the room around 2-3 months in advance so we got very reasonable price during long holiday. The room is quite spacious compared to the other Livemax but the room we booked does not have view as good as the other one. The bathroom is very clean. The location of the hotel is close to shopping area which is very convenient. However it is quite far which is around 13 minutes walking from Sendai station. Anyway, me and my husband had pleasant stay here and definitely recommended.

A tall, slim male hotel receptionist had no manners at all.He can speak english but was rude and unhelpful, showed no courtesy or service-minded attitude and spoke poorly to us.Other female recptionist were very nice and helpful.Overall the room was very good and clean and the location is very good too as it is not too far from Sendai station.Actually I like this place but I want the hotel to properly address and take action regarding this male staff to ensure that it will not occur to any other customers again.
