This hotel is very dated. The furniture seems too large for the tiny room. It certainly wasn’t worth $300/night

I’m giving this place a positive review overall. It was quiet and comfortable at first, but things changed when a group of guests arrived. They were extremely loud late at night and early in the morning—banging on doors, yelling at each other, stomping around upstairs, and dropping things as if they didn’t realize they had neighbors. The stay itself was good, but the noise from those guests definitely affected the experience.

The pool is closed for quite a while. Check in with the front desk, she hid at the back room and not at the front desk. First she gave me a key for the room with 1 queen bed (I booked 2 queen beds), she asked me to show her the proof when I back to her. Then she gave me a key for a room with 2 queen beds, but the room was not ready. The third time back to her finally got the key for a clean room.

I really don't know what to start. It First day: As soon as we got checked in the manager of the premises told us that they're gonna hold $100 for any damage that we can create on the room while we staying there we were not talking about that we were said it's OK so we left $100. we got in their room smells so bad that we wanted to go and open the windows when we went to the restroom. The window was broken. There was no security at all. We talked to the manager in charge, which was a lady in the back when we told her about this problem she really didn't occurred too much about it. He just told us that somebody will take care of it right away or we can go to another room we decide to go to another room but again the second room is worse than the first one smell like smoking and it smell like something dying in there so this had to go back on the first one I went until somebody come and repair the window at the restroom. When we start looking around one of the main lamps was broken, we cannot turn it on. I went to the front again talk to the same woman I told her that lamp was not working, and I didn't want to get charged for something that didn't break. She laughed at me and said it's OK. We'll take care of that for you and until the last day was never repaired but taken care of. Second day: We woke up early in the morning to do our chores and go out around the city. We wanted to have a cup of coffee so we turned the machine on and while my wife was using the hair dryer, the whole entire room went dark. There was no electricity. So I went to the front desk and talk to the same woman again and I told her that the microwave was smelling really really bad and then that would not have an electricity, she told us that you cannot run the hair dryer and then microwave at the same time And I asked "is there something common in this place?" through which she replied. "we have too many problems because we're testing the premises to find out what's wrong with it." Then I asked, don't you supposed to get everything up and running before renting this place? And she replied "I just work here" she could care less, so she turned the electricity back on and replace our microwave, which will not there to turn on again until we left for the day Third day: Will try to wake up early and take a shower, but the water was completely cold even to the maximum setting of hot. We have to wait about an hour before the got hot. Third day: Somebody was running a party upstairs on top of our room. It was hard to sleep all night. I will definitely not recommend anybody this place look around. Save yourself.
