We stayed here for one night and found it easy to access from the highway. It was about half an hour walk into Monterey but a lovely one along the shore, spotting sea otters, seals and seabirds. Easy parking, with jack in the box and small shop over the road. Room was comfortable and well equipped with the sink outside the bathroom (which made it easy with teenagers for toothbrushing etc). Tea and coffee available in reception as well as the room. Helpful staff and a comfortable stay

This place offers an excellent location and very friendly staff, making the stay comfortable and convenient. The facilities are well- maintained, including reliable hot water and ample parking. Cleanliness is generally good, contributing to a pleasant environment. Overall, it provides solid value for the price, with only minor areas for improvement.

I reserved the double queen Room it was spacious and clean, beds were very comfortable. The staff were wonderful and allowed us to check in early. Downside The room came with a fire place unfortunately it did not work. I will stay here again!

It's clean and the room was spacious. There really wasn't any staff on site. I wanted to see if I could check in early and had to call a number, obviously no. I came back at 3 and it took 20 minutes to check in. while I was that a couple people had problems with their room key and had to wait for help. The coffee machine in my room was broken but I really couldn't report it to anyone because there was no one in the office before I left. The doors look like they could be programmed with a keycode so hopefully they will upgrade to that if they want to not have on-site staff.
