I already booked it with Agoda and I cannot find the hotel location, and when I want to check back at agoda it said the room was not available but Agoda already take the money.. At the end I even didn't see the hotel because cannot find the exact location and there is contact number provide for me to reach. this just my money. Why Agoda didn't filter the hotel they show

Check in only 1 hour,because I cannot accept the very bad conditions, the room is very small, the TV is broken, no line signal and wifi does not reach the hotel room
