    Overall hotel rating is exceptional but the food serving (breakfast) which is expensive for its serving.

    Everything thing was really good especially the staff. The rooms were nice, clean, and comfy. The pool and the grounds were great too. The only thing was the internet was not always great.

    The room was excellent, and very spacious. The lighting was not good so needed a torch to read the remotes etc. The view over the pool to the sea was very nice. The pool is great. The sea is not able to be swam in at all. The most disappointing thing was the unfriendly staff. We have stayed at over 15 resorts in the Philippines where Philippine friendliness is very welcoming. Some staff here were friendly but most were not so it was most uncomfortable. We therefore avoided going to the restaurant. We ate there twice and it was overpriced. We ate in town after that where we got the same for half the price. I will say that the rooms are the most spacious I've ever stayed in and loved the king sized bed. Management needs to get the staff into order. Usually this kind of poor morale comes from bad or hard-task management.
