    The style of the place caught my eye as I welcomed a modern resort that wasn’t entirely minimalistic. I saw that the rooms were large and I was worried the weather would get in the way of sightseeing most days so I booked here thinking that if we had rain, it would be a nice place to hang out in the room without being on top of each other. Since it’s a newer spot, there weren’t many reviews. I really enjoyed our stay here. The room was massive, but cozy. The porch outside our room was my favorite place to be. We had a view of the ocean from our bed and essentially every inch of the room. There were some rough patches of communication between us and the front desk but all and all everyone was genuinely kind and helpful. Pool was great, and although the beach had very shallow water it was really nice to be able to access it. Restaurant had pretty good food and the interior was lovely.

    The resort is new and the rooms are absolutely HUGE. We were just staying in the base level room and asked to see one of the villas with the pool but decided we were more than happy. There are only 5 properties at the moment and 3 have their own pool so it means you have the main pool to yourself! Food was mixed. We had probably the most refined meal we have eaten in the Philippines but that followed by a really lackluster effort (fish wasn't fresh) which put us off eating there again. Location is 10 mins drive out of San Juan. We rented a moped so it didn't bother us too much and we enjoyed the peace and quiet the resort offered as it's relatively far off the main road. Staff all very lovely, cosmetically it's not "finished off" to a European standard but it can be forgiven for the price you pay and the views from all the villas are lovely.

    Great hotel with Excellent Service This place is really good. The service is friendly and fast, and the atmosphere feels comfortable. The staff are also very friendly and confident using English, so it’s easy to socialize and have fun conversations. They have a really beautiful sunset. It’s the perfect time to relax with a drink and enjoy the view.

    This resort has lots of potential but failed miserably in so many different areas. There's not a day in our entire stay that staff incompetence ruins the day. They failed to pick us up at the seaport after confirming a few days before arrival and staff blaming it on "being new" to the job. The restaurant on site is not even with the hotel, which means you cannot charge food and beverage to your room. The rooms are spacious but looks unfinished with lots of distressed wood that can splinter. Breakfast is a forced room service and one time they forgot to bring cutleries, our food was cold by the time they got back. I booked a couples massage through reception and she only ordered one therapist and sent the other one almost an hour late blaming it on third party communication. I ordered a toktok to get to a location and they mess that up as well. They keep making mistakes and apologize. The staff are friendly and polite enough but somewhat untrained and most of the time clueless of what they're doing. This is a new-ish resort with nice views but a little expensive for Siquijor. I will never stay again and will not recommend.
