The location is in kudai area , it’s beside the tunnel and Le meridian towers.
It provides shuttle service , which is useful but it’s easily 15 min walk from the drop off point under the basemen of clock tower building . The walking might be exhausting for senior people. They have a car parking. Note no restaurant in premises , nor anywhere near by so you need either buy stuff on your way before you board the bus or be dependent on the delivery apps in which few restaurants deliver to the location.
The staff were energetic and supportive . Special thanks to Faisal, Ameerah, Abeer from the front office.
Housekeeping were quick to answer the request . I had great experience with Zabiullah , Abdul Rahman

هذا الفندق يساوي القيمة مقابل المال من أروع الفنادق نظافة ...سكنت في جناح من غرفتين وبحكم عملي في الجودة فهناك فعلا اهتمام بالتفاصيل في هذا الفندق بداية من الاستقبال.... الاستاف جدا جدا متعاون وأخص الأستاذة لجين التي استقبلتنا والأستاذة أميرة والأستاذة مشاعل طوال فترة اقامتنا بالفندق كان هناك موقف للسيارة ...المصاعد كثيرة وخدمة الغرف متعاونين في تلبية طلباتنا جميع وبسرعة الغرفة ماشاء الله كان بها شاشات سمارت عدد 3 ال جي وأيضا كان هناك مطعم لكننا للأمانة لم نقم بتجربته الوايفاي جيد جدا الى ممتاز المواصلات الى الحرم عبر الباصات متوفرة 24 ساعة ماعدا يوم الجمعة تكون غير متاحة في الفترة من التاسعة صباحا حت الثانية بعد الظهر كل شيء جميل في هذا الفندق شكرا لكم

Ac not working. Reception doesn't pick up the phone. You have to keep going downstairs to talk to reception and they promise to send someone. Then you need to go back and follow up because the person doesn't arrive.
Eventually they fix the ac but 3 hours later it stops working again.
Poor service overall.
